Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
In a large kadhai or wok, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the cut onions and fry .when onions brown then add in it ginger and garlic paste.
Then add tomatoes and mix well.
Add the chicken pieces and mix well with the tomato mixture.
Add the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well to ensure that the chicken is coated with the spices.
Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
