Ingredients :

1. mutton 750 g (cut into 1 piece with bone) 

2. Oil as required. 

3. proof Cardamom 8 cloves 

4. cloves 8 PCs 

5. Cinnamon 3-inch piece 

6. January 1 teaspoon 

7. Allspice 3 PCs 

8. Ginger paste 2 teaspoons 

9. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon 

10. Red chili powder 2 teaspoons 

11. Coriander powder 2 teaspoons 

12. Cumin powder 2 teaspoons 

13. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon 14.Onions 200 grams 

15. Yogurt 120 grams 

16. Tomatoes 120 grams 

17. Golden onion paste 120 grams 

18. Water 750 ml 

19.  black pepper 1 teaspoon 

20.  green chilies 8 PCs 

21. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon 

22. Salt to taste 1 ginger 1 teaspoon 2 green chilies 3 green coriander 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)


Step-by-Step Instructions :

Recipe to prepare 

1. First heat oil in a pan. 

2. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, jaw-TRI, Taz pat, and green chilies to it and fry it. 

3. Then add the garlic-ginger paste and fry. 

4. After frying for some time, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.  

5. After that add mutton and cook and when the mutton turns golden, add curd and fry it. 

6. After that add onion and water and cook. 

7. When it is almost cooked, add the golden onion paste and tomato paste and finally add the hot spice powder. 

8. Garnish with green coriander, chilies, and ginger before starting hot, and start with hot naan or roti.
